The application created for your business is completely free. Application developments are completed within 5 business days.

Credit card storage

Users' credit cards are stored encrypted with the Moka infrastructure, which has a PCI-DSS-1 Certificate.

Which credit cards does it support?

Transactions can be made with many bank cards in Turkey. Akbank, Garanti, QNB Finansbank, Anadolu Bank, Haklbank, TEB, DenizBank, Türkiye İş Bankası, Vakıfbank, Fibabanka KuveytTürk, YapıKredi, Ziraat Bankası are among the compatible banks.

Maintenance & support conditions

Application maintenance and all other support operations are provided free of charge during the contract period. Developments are not included in this scope.

Do I need a physical device?

No additional devices are required to integrate the application. Any Android or IOS phone is sufficient to receive payments.

How long does installation take?

Installation is done within 5 business days. Virtual POS and contract processes may change this period.

Terms of commitment

A fixed commission is charged for all transactions made through the application. The source codes belong to Barakatech and businesses are not rights holders.

Conditions of withdrawal

The application will be closed within 1 month after the withdrawal request is submitted. User information may be shared with the business within the scope of KVKK.

How can I create an account?

You can create your account within minutes by entering your phone number and e-mail address.

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings section.

How can I load with my credit card?

You can securely add your card from the 'My Cards' menu or when loading balance to your wallet, and use your credit card in subsequent transactions without entering any information, thanks to the Craftgate card storage service with PCI-DSS-1 Certificate.

How can I spend?

You can easily make payment by clicking on the QR logo at the bottom of the main screen.

How do I earn points?

You can use your points by selecting the "Pay with points" option on the payment page.

How can I benefit from the campaigns?

On the campaigns page, you can list all the campaigns of the venue you are a regular at and if you meet the required conditions, your points will be added to your wallet instantly.

Can I get a refund for my spending?

Yes, you can get your refund instantly via QR.



If my transaction is refunded, will the points I earned be canceled?

It can be cancelled according to the campaign terms.



Can the money loaded into the wallet be withdrawn?

No, the money you have loaded into your wallet cannot be refunded.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time by going to "My Profile > Permissions > Delete My Account". After the deletion process, you will not be able to log in to the application, your existing balance, if any, will be invalid and businesses will only be able to access the financial transaction information you have made.
